Equip Age of the Kings on Kaim and Master Sword on Seth using the Royal Equipment skill. At this point, you should be level 49-50, with Tolten's side quest finished, all his royal equipment items obtained, and all of your immortals should have at least 25 skill slots opened up. You're basically ready to finish the main story now.
There is almost no grinding in this game. When you first enter an area, the monsters give crazy exp, as soon as you are on level with them, they only give 1 exp. So asking for a save file to avoid grinding is bull. Also, you do know your mortals, who you have to have in your party to learn their skills, will still be low level.
