Yeah, you can install exhaust rockers on the intake side, and then whatever the "big" VTEC profile is becomes your only cam profile.
Engine surging at idle on civic type r EP3. A few weeks ago my car broke down at work it would start but then would cut off after a couple seconds the engine light came on and said the timing chain had streched so i had the timing chain changed and the car runs now but when i turn the car on the revs hit 2000rpm then after a min or 2 it drops
Certainly as quick as the EP3. The extra weight is negated by shorter gears, lower vtec at 5400 instead of 5800 rpms, and seem to dyno standard at 200 bhp plus, whereas EP3's werent making claimed 197 bhp. Handling wise - bit more composed and less 'manic', but all in think it is as good on the road.
